Sign Interpretation

This picture is compliments of Fredrick Berning and is a GREAT display of the confusion that exists when parking in Chicago. These signs all have time restrictions, snow restrictions, and every other restriction you could think of that when all said and done, leaves about 2 inches for a million people to park their cars. New Year's Eve I borrowed Fredrick's car...and it was towed. I had to go to Satan's Dungeon to retrieve it! Additionally, last week I received THREE tickets in a 12 hour time period. I did contest the tickets and am waiting to hear back from the department of revenue....
